The Acupressure Oils Method is an easy, fun, safe and yet amazingly effective self-care modality that combines the power of acupressure points (Acupoints) with the power of essential oils.

This method involves applying specific essential oils on specific acupoints that are synergistic with the oil, in order to stimulate physiological and emotional changes that can help bring the body and mind to a state of balance and harmony.

The premise behind my Acupressure Oils Method is that acupoints have their own therapeutic benefits that have been tested time and time again over five thousand years. Essential oils also contain their own therapeutic benefits that have been proven over thousands of years. In acupuncture, needles are used to release the benefits of the acupoints. With this method essential oils are used on specific acupoints that are synergistic to its actions and through their synergistic resonance the benefits of both the Acupoints and oils are enhanced.

The result is relief of symptoms such as pain and stomachaches for example. The system is so powerful that it could potentially help strengthen your immune system, reduce inflammation and even slow the aging process. My patients and clients from around the world love my system, not only because it doesn’t involve needles, but because it is easy to do, empowering and fun. Achieving good health doesn’t have to be difficult or painful. My Acupressure Oils Method is so simple that even a child could do it. I know you will love it!

Meet Merina

Merina Ty-Kisera’s Acupressure with Essential Oils book explores the synergy between essential oils and acupoints and the numerous benefits one can have if they apply essential oils to specific pressure points.

Dr. Merina Ty-Kisera is an Acupuncturist, Metaphysician, Aromatherapy lover and Author. She has been passionate about health and healing for as long as she can remember. Her commitment to mind-body health stems from her childhood disability from congenital hip dislocation at birth and experiencing walking challenges and pain throughout her life.
Merina is committed to the field of Chinese Medicine and more specifically Worsley Five element acupuncture which focuses on the emotional and spiritual nature of each person. Her love for  essential oils is a perfect complement to her acupuncture practice because it facilitates the bodies healing powers in a similar way as Chinese herbs and augments her work with the meridians and Acupoints.  “When you mix the power of essential oils with ancient acupressure techniques, you unlock the body’s healing potential in an entirely new way.”
